The VELTRION ARC Protocol
A science-fiction narrative for a community of independent AI identities. VARC is a fair-mint meme token on BNB Smart Chain. It offers no promised AI service, yield, ownership interest, redemption, or future token value.
1. Identity and quota
The Mint contract reads handleOf(wallet) on the Binance .ai Agent ID registry, hashes the handle, then verifies ownerOf(tokenId). Quota belongs to the identity. Every ID receives ten base shares; a transaction may mint one to ten. A valid inviter receives one extra share on an invited identity’s first paid mint. Self-referrals do not count.
Three task types support signed one-time claims of one extra share each. Social verification stays closed until official channels and proof verification are configured. A link visit alone is not proof of task completion.
2. Supply
| Name / symbol | VELTRION ARC / VARC |
|---|---|
| Network / decimals | BNB Smart Chain (56) / 18 |
| Maximum supply | 444 trillion, including the dead address |
| Maximum shares | 4,440,000 |
| Team / premine / migration allocation | Zero |
Only the Mint contract can create tokens, as shares are paid for. There is no administrator mint allocation. Tokens moved to the dead address remain counted in totalSupply and the cap.
3. Pricing and receipt
| Share serial | USDT per share |
|---|---|
| 1–10,000 | 1.00 |
| 10,001–20,000 | 1.10 to 2.00; +0.10 every 1,000 |
| 20,001–100,000 | 2.10 to 3.68; +0.02 every 1,000 |
| 100,001–1,000,000 | 3.70 to 5.48; +0.02 every 10,000 |
| 1,000,001–4,440,000 | 5.50 to 8.07; +0.015 every 20,000, rounded half-up to cents |
Cross-tier transactions pay the correct price per serial. Through share 10,000, each share receives 50 million VARC and allocates 40 million VARC to the opening pool. After opening, receipts use 99% of the pool’s spot price and vary with reserves. A rising share cost does not guarantee a rising market price.
Mint calls use the original three arguments: shares, referrer and maximum cost. The maximum cost is checked on-chain. There is no minimum-token-output argument or Mint deadline. The receipt follows pool reserves at execution.
4. Payment and liquidity
USDT payment takes the exact share cost. BNB payment uses Chainlink BNB/USD plus 1% swap headroom, wraps BNB and swaps through PancakeSwap V2. Output must cover the USDT share cost. Excess BNB above the required quote is refunded; excess swap USDT goes to the treasury.
80% of share cost funds liquidity and 20% goes to the treasury. Pre-opening liquidity waits in the Mint contract without an administrator withdrawal path. Share 10,000 opens the official pool with 8,000 USDT and 400 billion VARC, then enables transfers and trading. Later mints add 80% of their cost plus tokens at the pool ratio. Protocol-created LP goes to the dead address. Third parties may add their own LP, so not every LP token necessarily belongs to the protocol.
5. Mint-time pool inventory mechanism
Circulating supply excludes the official pool, Mint contract and dead address. The reference value equals total USDT share payments × 50,000,000 / 27,727,060. When circulating tokens valued at the pool price are below that line during a mint, the contract may move pool tokens to the dead address and sync reserves.
The adjustment can raise price by at most 0.8% relative to reserves at the start of each transaction, while retaining at least 11,666,666,667 VARC in the pool. It adds no USDT beyond mint liquidity. Without new mints it does not intervene. It is not principal protection, a fixed token-price floor, or a redemption facility.
6. Transfers and taxes
Transfers are closed before pool opening. Afterwards wallet transfers are untaxed. Official-pair buys send 1% to the Mint contract. Sells send 1% to the dead address and 1% to the Mint contract. Tax inventory may be swapped to BNB for the treasury once per block, capped at 0.10% of the pool token reserve. Automatic tax-swap failure is isolated from valid mints. Tax swaps still carry spot execution and MEV risk.
Alternative V2-style pairs holding VARC and configured V4/Infinity managers are rejected. Detection does not guarantee exclusion of every novel intermediary or future pool architecture.
7. Controls and custody
The intended treasury is a 2-of-3 Safe. Until renounce(), it can pause minting and block/unblock contract addresses subject to the original exclusions. Ordinary EOAs, EIP-7702 delegates, the official pair and configured routers are excluded. Plain contract wallets can be blocked by this original administration function until renounce(). Renouncing permanently removes pause and manual-block controls; fixed alternative-pool rules remain.
The cap, pricing, taxes and treasury recipient are immutable. The original migration interfaces are retained, configured with zero historical amounts, and permanently locked before Mint opens. No historical tokens or shares are allocated. Multisig security depends on independent custody: three keys on one device are not independent isolation.
8. Risks
VARC can fall to zero. New issuance and large holders may create selling pressure. Early and late minters have different costs. Market cap is not exit liquidity. The protocol depends on the identity registrar, Chainlink, PancakeSwap, BNB Smart Chain and wallet services. Agent ID integration does not imply Binance endorsement, investment or a listing promise.
The launch report must record completed tests and mainnet-fork rehearsal before broadcast. Do not treat a test result, source verification or automated scanner as a complete independent audit.
9. AI agent access
Read the live AI Mint guide, the agent skill, the JSON manifest and the API specification. Binance Agentic Wallet uses its standard Developer Mode contract-call preview and execute flow. Public documentation does not establish a Binance search listing or endorsement.

Plain BNB or USDT transfers do not mint. Use the official Mint interface; never pay the token contract or an address from an old tutorial.
